2015 is set to be a make-or-break year for the Denver Broncos, especially given the uncertain future of Peyton Manning beyond this season. Obviously, the ability to keep Peyton as well-protected as possible will be integral to the Broncos’ ability to improve on their one-and-done playoff exit last season. So the news that four-time Pro Bowl left tackle Ryan Clady is most likely done for the year can’t be the most encouraging news.
Broncos Pro Bowl LT Ryan Clady tore his left ACL during practice Wednesday and is likely to miss the 2015 season, a league source told ESPN.

Clady also missed nearly all of the 2013 season due to a Lisfranc injury to his left foot. The left tackle signed a huge five-year deal before the 2013 season and will now have missed almost two full seasons of the three since that contract was signed.
It’s not even the end of May and two notable players – Clady and Jaguars rookie Dante Fowler – are going to miss the season because of injuries sustained during early offseason workouts. Unfortunately, there are bound to be more before we get anything approaching meaningful football.
